The HR Support Plan (HRSP) is a year-long commitment that is billed in 12 monthly installments, making it an affordable choice for your compliance needs.
The program covers all the support you need to remain compliant with federal and state labor laws and regulations. A good rule of thumb: If you need something that directly relates to a policy or practice covered in your employee handbook, it’s most likely to be covered by your HR Support Plan subscription.
Larger projects, such as training your managers on how to lead a remote workforce, recruiting new talent, or developing a new compensation program, are available to HR Support Plan members at a preferred rate.
No. If the inquiry is related to a compliance-related question or issue, there are no time limits or maximums.
Our Unlimited HRSP Compliance Consulting includes unlimited assistance when it comes to managing challenging employee situations, complying with new laws and regulations, and revising your employee handbook.
Any additional compliance work, such as an HR practice review or the development of a new performance management program, is outside the scope of the HR Support Plan and will be quoted on a per-project basis.

While you are welcome to take advantage of our HR Support Plan, our HR compliance services only pertain to labor laws and regulations within the U.S. at this time.
No, it does not. While the HR Support Plan does include access to a portal of HR-related sample policies and procedures, it is not an information system or platform. Our consultants are in-person, real human beings who are on hand to support your HR needs as they arise.
